Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of purchase. Items will not ship until payment has processed.
Sales tax applies to all Pennsylvania state residents.
Shipping Policy
All domestic items are shipped with UPS, which has a delivery time of anywhere from 1-6 days.
All items are packaged securely in either lay-flat folders or an appropriate sized box. If needed, poster tubes are used in international shipping. All items take 4-6 business days to process after an order is placed prior to shipping unless otherwise noted in the listing. Please allow more time during holiday season.
If an order has been returned by UPS because of an error in name or address, we will re-ship the item; however customers will be responsible for paying the additional shipping.
If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items except for cases of damage (referenced in return policy).
Return Policy
Visual Grace does not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. All items are sent through UPS and Visual Grace is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If there is damage to your item(s), please contact Visual
